Challenger program
This program is designed for men desiring a complete life change in mindset, fitness and nutrition. Curated by Ryan Jensen, the Challenger Program is the elite program offered exclusively by 4SHRP. Over the next 3 months we will challenge how you approach nutrition, fitness and mindset. Many of our challenge graduates have continued the program and made it their lifestyle. Challenge your mind and body with this elite program:
Nutrition - 4SHRP nutrition is simple and holistic, we aim to eat naturally prepared and organically grown foods. We reject processed foods and sugars to create a body that’s optimal to take on life’s challenges.
Fitness - Our workout programs are foundational to how we interact with the world. You will work with our coaches to create a workout program that fits your fitness goals and challenges you to dig deep and reach your highest potential. You will be assigned a personalized workout every day as well as a group work out we affectionally call the “OG Grinder”. The “OG Grinder” will challenge you mentally and physically.
Mindset - 4SHRP is designed to introduce you to a new type of thinking. We reject limiting beliefs and embrace self control and discipline. We intergrade cold plunging/showers to increase our tolerance to discomfort and build mental fortitude. Each week we will discuss human topics and obstacles that keep us from attaining our goals. We will give you the tools to overcome them.
